Well, it’s May 29th and still we have no PlayStation Store access. Apparently the reports of the store going up this past week were unsubstantiated.

While fans were initially excited about the “PSN Welcome Back Package” with the offer of free games and movies for PSP and PS3 owners, they have not been able to take advantage of it yet. Without the PlayStation Store, there’s no downloading of the package.
